The clamping force of the mold locking mechanism of the ordinary machine hinged injection molding machine is transferred to the upper and lower sides of the mobile template. After the high-pressure mold locking, the template has large bending deformation (as shown in Figure 1 below), and the molded products have uneven wall thickness and even flash, resulting in waste of manpower and raw materials. Due to the structural characteristics, the clamping force is less than 90%, or even lower.
Liuzhou Kaiyu LK series injection molding machines have an innovation center mold locking structure. The force bearing point of the machine hinge is located in the middle of the tailboard and the mobile template (as shown in Figure 2 below), which ensures that the mold locking force is horizontally transmitted to the mold.
